Well, playing righties is somekind good for the one who don't know wheter he love/like bass or not. I would not recommend playing a flipped right handed guitar with flipped strings. It does give you a lot more options bass-wise, but you still cannot use other people's basses! And in my opinion it is much more uncomfortable, since necks are not symmetrical, and neither are the basses' bodies in ...

Hi Pon,
my opinion is you should play whichever way is most comfortable to you play.
When I first lerned how to play, I tried flipped over RH before I switched to conventional string setup. To me, it felt "right" right away once i switched.
